Meet Michael Alfaro, a visionary entrepreneur with an unyielding commitment to transforming the health and wellness landscape. Beginning in 2007, Michael spearheaded the CrossFit movement, scaling it into the largest affiliate network in partnership with Reebok, with 15 gyms in Miami, New York, and Dubai. In 2017, he revolutionized digital fitness with the launch of NEOU, a pioneering platform that empowered brands and trainers to reach global audiences, boasting over 100,000 active subscribers across 20+ countries. With a relentless passion for reshaping lives, Michael turned his focus to functional foods, launching Master Food Lab. Michael’s mission goes beyond business—he is driven to empower the next generation of brands, building a future where smarter nutrition transforms lives.

With a background in healthcare and a psychology degree from the University of Central Florida, Mileny quickly rose through the ranks at Baptist Hospital, honing her leadership and operational expertise. Her impressive work expanded departmental operations from two to nine locations in just four years. Mileny’s expertise in streamlining process flows, managing lead times, and executing complex projects ensures that every production run at Master Food Lab is efficient and on schedule. In 2019, she earned her master’s in administration from Barry University, solidifying her ability to drive high-impact projects from start to finish with precision and profitability.
